Hey do you need an awesome truck from the same year that Aerosmith was tearing up the charts with "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing"? Of course you do! This 1998 Ford Ranger has been owned by me since 2001. It has mainly been used for camping trips and hauling friends couches around Davis and Santa Cruz.
This truck is super reliable and has had an easy life. The original paint and body look great. Would make a perfect for a work truck!
In addition to the truck bed's standard 4 tie down points in the corners there are 6 folding tie down points professionally mounted on the bed side by Leisure West Camper Shells in Santa Cruz.
New battery and clean interior. I added some floor mats when I bought it so the carpets are in good condition. Extra cab with fold out jump seats, sliding rear window, pop open side windows and storage net.
This truck's air conditioning works great and has a max AC setting that will seriously get you colder than you have ever wanted to be. I used it like once... stick with the normal AC.. way better.
If you are fan of intermittent windshield wipers then you will be stoked on the 9 different settings that this truck has.. yea you read right... 9
Stereo has auxiliary input which I wired up to play an iPod through. Power and iPod connection is housed in the center armrest. [photo] It charges the iPod while the car is running!
The cd player also has the capability of playing mp3 cd's if you want to party that way..
It apparently also has Alloy rims which I don't know what that really means but the people we bought it from seemed really psyched on them!
Also included is a shock cord spider web net used for securing cargo like this (super handy!!) and snow chains...
Great truck looking for a good home... Never been taken off jumps or involved in any shenigans.. he's a real good kid. e-mail him at truck@itscalledlove.com Thanks for looking! |
