In the last 2-3 weeks I’ve discovered how much I love NPR Podcasts.. Welcome to 2004 right? Well actually I’ve been into This American Life podcasts for a long while but I can’t often listen to them at work because I get too wrapped up in them and productivity goes way down.. Lately I’ve been listening to a lot of Fresh Air and wanted to share episode where Terry Gross interviews Will Ferrell, John C. Reilly and Adam McKay about the new movie Step Brothers. My favorite part is when they’re recalling the childhood room decorations. Good stuff!
As if I needed another reason to love David Byrne.. here’s two!
This week I’ve been all kinds of out of sorts. While trying to bike-it-out last night I got frustrated on a certain part and audibly declared “Fuck this trail”.. I was bummed instantly that I took this time that I set aside for relaxing and gotten all bent out of shape. Also what kind of person yells at a trail? I just wasn’t firing on all pistons and wasn’t riding very well. My bad.. sorry Zane Gray trail!

Mmm. Yeah. You could delete that first comment. I thought “trail” was a part of your bike…since you were geeking out earlier about bike parts/conversions. I’m clearly a moron (confirmed by Jesse).

Don’t be so hard on yourself. It’s entirely possible that that trail really is an asshole. Also, let us joke about my parents being my prisoners again soon. I just remembered that. You should NOT skip dinner and then go out drinking, kid. You may end up climbing 20 feet into a tree on west cliff drive, as I vaguely remember doing last night.
